I found what I needed on line with CAS and the sales person answered the phone as soon as I called. He confirmed that the item was in stock. and could be delivered the next day. I could not find any other company that could do that. That was great as my refrigerator died on the day I called. The price was right and we had completed the deal in about 20 minutes. The refrigerator was delivered the next day as promised within the specified time frame. The delivery crew were efficient and very courteous and removed the old refrigerator for me.

Another great repair service by Joseph. He replaced the bottom oven element with an original element that he had in his truck. He has years of experience, knowledge and is committed to providing excellent, personable service at a reasonable cost. On Monday he brought a ray of sunshine into our house. I would not use any other repair service. Keep up the great work Joseph.

Our 5 year old dishwasher was not cleaning properly and was making loud noises. I checked HomeStars and selected The Appliance Guy based on his reviews. My call was returned promptly and a service call arranged. Joe arrived exactly when he said he would. He took the dishwasher apart, cleaned it and replaced the cutter blade that chops up any residue from dirty dishes. Now it works better than when it was new! He also replaced a block and burner on our old Moffat stove. The stove is about 40 years old, but he still had the parts on his truck. He told us not to get rid of it as it is a wonderful baker. It is obvious that Joe is very experienced, knowledgeable and is committed to providing excellent personable service at a reasonable price. He explained what he was doing as he worked. I highly recommend The Appliance Guy and I will be a loyal customer in the future.

One of the two wood 4X4 columns supporting the overhanging roof at the front of our house had rotted out and needed to be replaced. We chose 8 inch round smooth fibreglass columns with a cap and base. The work also included 3 foot concrete footings to support the columns. The columns were obtained through Capital Columns and Trim operated by Herb Mena. The installation was done by Robert the owner of Blue Leaf Construction. It is obvious that Robert enjoys his work and is committed to providing an excellent service to his customers. His attention to detail and quality craftsmanship is outstanding. The columns look fantastic and now solidly support the overhang. Robert took the time to explain what he was doing as the job progressed and why he was doing it.
