I haven't had the system long enough to give a fair review, but the technicians who came to install it were friendly and professional and installed it quickly. I am having an issue with the front door lock in that it won't lock or unlock using the outside keypad. I can, however, lock and unlock it using the app and the key. Hopefully, this will be resolved quickly, PS: The $73 approximate cost listed above is a per month charge.

From the moment Angelo came to my apartment for an estimate to the moment he and his assistant loaded my stuff up in Vancouver to the moment they unpacked my stuff in Kamloops, they were professional and courteous!
