We bought a new condo and discovered during the inspection that it had KiTec plumbing. We knew it should be replaced and it turned out our mortgage lender insisted on it. We got a quote from a generic plumber which wasn't very inspiring. Bob from Ki-Fix came around and gave us a much better understanding of the work involved and how he'd fixt it. they did the work quickly and completely repainted / patched up everything so that you can't even tell they've been here. But they send a 3rd party engineer to verify it all so you get warrantees and an engineers report certifying the work. Superb service - would definitely recommend,

Tested broken dishwasher and explained what he was doing. Fixed quickly and completely cleaned up afterwords. Arrived within 2 hours of when I called. Good service!
