Jon, came on time, did the various jobs quickly and came back if we felt some things were not up to wishes. He went out of his way to pick up lights and wood in order to complete the work.

Don, gave us an estimate,based on our measurements,over the phone, and it was basically the same for the fast work done. Don and his assistant, came on time, removed their shoes, inspected the blinds and removed them quickly and with no damage. The gleaned honeycomed blinds were returned on the day agreed at a convienient time. We were very satisfied.

We are very pleased with our new daybed and the service we received from John and Richard. The delivery was on time and quick, but the guys should have removed their shoes as it was on a new carpet. They also didn't show me how to raise and lower the pop up trundle. The instructions on the frame are not very helpful.
I am glad you are happy with your daybed Gerry and the service you received in the store. I apologize for the delivery men's dirty shoes which is unusual for this time of year and may have been overlooked because of this. The instructions for using the trundle are usually
given by your salesperson when you visit the showroom and not by the delivery men but i am sure they would have been glad to show you if you had asked. I hope we can make you happier next time you are in the market for a bed.
