Hi I called early in the morning to help with a furnace that had stopped working. The messaging service took the call and said the JPS office would open at 8am and they would call be back. I received a call promptly at 8 and was able to receive a quote and book a repair call the same morning. The technician was running a little late, but I was given a phone call to advise ahead of time. I really appreciated this. The technician (Alex) was prompt, polite, informative and efficient. He provided me with options and costs and a recommendation that met my needs and budget. He also provided things to consider going forward. Services were delivered at the quoted cost. I was very satisfied with the service.
