Wonderful to work with this company, honest, timely and kept their promise and all of that and the work was excellent quality. Thank you for the great work this past summer we truly appreciated it and thank you for your attention to detail and the cleanup afterwards...you are 'best-in-class' in our view.

Windowtech has repeatedly dropped the ball in terms of service. We had a number of quotes for the installation of new doors at our home and we did not select the least expensive choice but what we thought was the best quality...wow were we mistaken. Our experience has been a non-stop series of headaches and problems. The after sale service is abysmal, they miss appointments, the wrong products are installed, they don't communicate well, you have to beg for an itemized listing of what you have purchased. All in all this simple job has turned into a large undertaking. I recommend you steer clear of Windowtech if you want to minimize hassles and receive quality products and services, there are many more options out there and I can't imagine that dealing with any of them will be as laborious as hiring WindowTech.
