10/10

We selected Ikea for our kitchen simply because they are incredible value, looks good, and has a great warranty. I planned to do the construction and installation my self and it was as expected with no surprises. My only complaint about the experience is that to buy spare/missing parts you have to go to the kitchen department (upstairs), then back downstairs to pay, then over to the pick up area to wait and get your pieces before you can go home - very time consuming if you only need a few final pieces. All in all the finished product looked great, I'm happy with what I paid for it, and I'm glad I did it myself.

Service was excellent from start to finish. I went around to several Homestars companies for quotation and Toronto Granite came in at the best price, and I felt comfortable dealing with their consultant. Vlatko was very polite and able to answer all my questions. He was always accessable and all messages were replied to very quickly! He was able to deliver the material that we wanted and then surpassed my expectations when he was able to install it earlier than expected! Installers were very professional, did a great installation job and respectful of our home. It is easy to give them 10 stars!

Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
If you have a slab colour from somewhere else, these guys will cut it and install for you!
