I called ASE after googling Miele repairs and noticing their positive reviews on this site. I called on Monday and Kevin came on Tuesday. He was SO helpful, giving me a lot of information about the potential problems with my Miele cooktop and gave me a price breakdown for the repairs, then showed me the price and info about NEW Miele stoves as well as Bosch and Thermador so that I could see if it would be worth spending the money to repair mine. He explained that Miele parts come from Germany, so are quite costly and the expense for repair could amount to half the price of a new stove. He also checked my Miele dishwasher, for no added charge and gave me outstanding use tips about my Thermador ovens, dishwasher, my Subzero fridge and even about my old Maytag washer. I knew before hand that there was an $80 service charge, which is standard, but Kevin gave me so much of his time, was so knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant, I know who to call if I do decide to go ahead with the repair on my stove and any other repairs on appliances.

I have used Maret's Quality Home Cleaning for several years and have always been very satisfied with the weekly housecleaning service they provide. Recently the company sent me a new cleaning woman, Elsa, who deserves even more praise: she is AMAZING. She is extremely efficient and competent: cleaning bedrooms and bathrooms meticulously; changing, washing and ironing bed sheets; making my bed look more beautiful than those in designer magazines; cleaning grout, wiping out mould that I had never even noticed; polishing stainless steel appliances and sinks; vacuuming, dusting and scrubbing, leaving our large, multi bed and bathroom house IMPECCABLE- tidy and immaculately clean. Elsa is a fabulous new addition to the already excellent team. I wouldn't consider any other housecleaning service.

Maret and Jackie run the BEST cleaning service in Toronto. They are very professional with a staff that is pleasant, discrete, hard-working and detail-oriented. They are honest, trustworthy and so very capable. I have used them for years and would not consider looking for someone else to clean my home. I leave the house to go to work and know that when I get home my house will be impeccable! Their cleaning staff are lovely: friendly but never intrusive, efficient and respectful of my belongings and home. I have had multiple individuals with good references clean my house, but have always ultimately had some issues with them--such is not the case with Maret's staff. They do the job extremely well and can be completely trusted. I really think their service is incomparable to anything I've ever experienced before!

Sandra arrives promptly and cheerfully every Thursday and quietly and thoroughly cleans every nook and cranny of my large home. She washes my linens and irons my sheets before making the bed. The bathrooms and kitchen sparkle. She doesn't try to rearrange my belongings--she just cleans like no one has ever done before--with non-toxic, natural cleaning products!! She takes the necessary time and doesn't break anything. And she is so pleasant. Maret's Quality Home Cleaning truly delivers a superior service.

My house has never been this sparkling clean, dustless and tidy. The team from Maret's Quality Home Cleaning Services arrived with all their own cleaning equipment and environmentally friendly products and gave my home the cleaning of a lifetime. They didn't miss a corner, a cobweb, a picture or window frame--every inch of my large house was cleaned from top to bottom. The team were very respectful of my furniture, appliances and marble, wood and limestone floors (the latter were all HAND washed). My bed was made with the crisp finishing touches of a hotel bed. Everyone was quiet, but professional and friendly. The fee was less than I had been told at the initial meeting that I had with Maret and given the fact that it was a full day of work for 8 people, I think it is reasonable. I am so delighted that I am signing on for weekly cleaning services. I have finally found a service that I can rely upon to not scratch or break my things and to do an incredibly good job cleaning.
