Even though I was ultimately unable to hire them (my project was outside their services, my fault for not being clear) they came and checked out my yard gave me some great free advice to help my project. Thanks Igor!

I found Joe on Kijiji. I am gobsmacked at the fantastic job he did. In just two days he transformed my 'Haunted House' into the 'Garden of Eden'. The hedges are trimmed, the gardens are weed-free, the walkways and driveway are spotless, the decks are swept, he tied back the vines to my arbours, there's finally sunlight streaming in where he pruned back the trees. And those are just things I'd *asked* for. He stacked my lumber, picked up tools, he cleaned my POOL just cuz it had some hedge trimmings in it! And he finished on-time and cleaned up. There isn't a speck of dust where the bin was. I cant be sure, but I think he may have individually polished the grains of dirt before placing them back in the gardens. I would give Joe a 15/10 if I could.

We are doing a full reno of our basement and discovered much more mold that expected. We were demoing the basement anyway, so removing all the materials was part of the abatement process. Our General Contractor (Belyea Bros.) brought in mold.ca to take care of it. These guys showed up at 7:59AM every day, and were already working by the time I came to meet them. In just a few days, they'd stripped everything, sprayed all surfaces and were all done. They even offered to take away some hard-to-dispose-of debris I had piled up from earlier in the reno. These guys were total pros - fast and clean. We barely knew they were there (except for the pounding and the piles of stuff that left the basement every day). They greatly exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend them.
