This is not an isolated incident. When I go into Canadian Tire and try to locate a product, it would seem I can not find an associate anywhere. When one is finally found, and they are asked about the location of a product, they simply point and say, "Over there, in the corner". This is very frustrating when you go into a reputable business, you expect fast, knowledgable service. Often, when going in to purchase something from a recent flier, the product is unavailable, or has not been stocked in time for the given dates printed.

I had been looking for a nice, affordable, pine entertainment centre for months. We popped into the Pier One store on Dundas to look around and low and behold, there was a beautiful pine armoire, on SALE! It was perfect, the price was right and the staff were more than happy to stay a little after closing so we could go home and pick up a trailor to come back to pick up the product. The woman who was helping me even told me of a promotional discount I could benefit from to save even more money!
