Kudos to L&S's Charley for repairing our leaking attic installed A/C unit. Although it took 4 visits to finally fix, Charley went out of his way to identify and finally fix the leaking PVC drain piping that had undergone hard to identify hairline cracks likely due to freeze-thaw cycling during the winter months. His final appearance was an 11pm visit to our home during which time he worked in the darkness of our attic until successful completion. Always cheerful and very resourceful, I'll be sure to request Charley's services in the future

Mimmo displayed a great degree of patience in helping us make our final project decisions prior to the start of construction activities. Unlike other contractors we had contacted for our project, he was able to readily furnish us details of his liability insurance coverage which helped to demonstrate his ability as a reputable professional contractor. Given our observed experience of other stonework contractors working in our neighbourhood which tended to overstay their welcome by extending their construction timetable, I was very skeptical when Mimmo estimated a 2-week construction period for our project. Sure to Mimmo’s word, our project was completed within that period with 1 day to spare. This included having to make-up for lost time of 2 cancelled workdays due to rain. The work was completed much to our satisfaction, including some reasonably priced scope changes that were agreed upon during the project construction period. Mimmo and his crew were always very accommodating to all our questions and concerns throughout the project execution.
