The technician showed up hours outside the window, at a time I had specifically instructed him not to come. He claimed to have run a diagnostic test that showed I needed a $380 repair, and said if I didn't authorize that I wouod be charged $93 for a service call. I refused to pay either because I didn't see him run the test and was unsettled that he had been in my house when I wasn't there and had told him not to come. I called a second company that told me there was no problem with my machine, it was the detergent that caused the leak and we have had no problems since. This company has threatened to send my bill to collections for the service call that I have no proof happened. I will be pursuing this matter with the ministry of consumer services.
