I called after hours on a Friday when our hot water tank pilot light went out and would not relight. Arpi's technician, Jason, called me right away and tried to assist over the phone, even FaceTiming to show me what to do. When it was clear that the tank should be replaced, Jason showed up the next morning and by noon our new tank was installed. Excellent service!

In December, Total Home Entertainment did an excellent job of replacing our old home theatre projector. When our 14-year old security system recently failed, we did not hesitate to contact Don. Within a week we had a new security panel, keypad and door contacts. We recently decided to update our 14 year old home theatre projector. After reading all of the positive reviews, we called Total Home Entertainment at the beginning of December. Don responded quickly and provided a detailed written estimate, keeping in mind our budget. We are thrilled with our new projector and universal remote and the fact that Don made a special effort to have it installed before the Christmas holidays. He followed up with us a couple of weeks after installation to see how everything was going and even stopped by to add our son’s PS4 to the remote.
