Guidance on the rebate program was not explained in proper and at the time of booking it was committed 100% of getting the refund and once the claims gets rejected, they are coming up with numerous reasons for not getting honored. Even the warranty from the company there was lack in clarity and going on back and forth.

I really had a bad experience with Reliance, from my point the company is not reliable. I installed Furnance & A/C in Brampton. Initially we sign an agreement which will be through the system in which only the first page is displayed and the terms and conditions was not explained by the Sales Person, and later on sent through mail, in which the contractual terms is mentioned for 7 years. Many commitments would be given by the Sales person but noting would be honored in the later stage, initial talks will be always sweet until signing the agreement. I opted for A/C and Furnace both put together the cost wont go beyond $7000, but in the agreement we end up paying close to $11,000, moreover once installed we cant cancel the contract and for coming out no clause or terms were mentioned in the agreement, seems to vague and not precise. Apparently after getting stuck in the contract, the product was not working up to the satisfaction, each technician came and had their own stories of not working, one complained about duct design, another one about the temperature outside, in the end as a consumer we are suffering. In-spite of unhappiness and not satisfied with the Product and service, from Reliance they still insist us to be with the company as the contract cant be withdrawn and for 7 years we end-up paying for a lousy product.
