Wish I could give less that 1 Star. Horrible customer service. When we were at the store we saw the table and chairs and loved it. Sales person (Carlene) was great. We asked about delivery vs pick up and were told that if we had delivery we would have her to help us out. We were not told that table, base, 4 chairs and bench would all be delivered in flat packs. If we knew that we would have not had delivered (we have a truck). When calling the store back on delivery day the salesperson and the manager were no help at all. Will dispute the charges with credit card and return all the items to them. Will never deal with Bad Boy again.

We finally decided to replace our carpet with hardwood floors. We had checked several places and decided to visit the Alexanian in Whitby. We met Aaron who helped us pick out hardwood and vinyl (instead of ceramic). We also went with new baseboards. As a middle aged couple we had them lift up the carpet and move furniture for us. The installers that Aaron send were absolutely amazing. They were very knowledgeable and incredible talented. They helped with so many things and were wonderful with everything. I would definitely recommend Alexanian to anyone looking to update their floors. I have seen commercials for Alexanian for years but never thought that I would actually deal with them and I am really glad that I did.
