They were always on time and didnt switch the dates of any appointments, I would have appreciated it if they had told me to put frosted windows in the bathroom i had to buy filming afterwards. Unfortunately he didnt put the shop vac together properly and it ended up going EVERYWHERE.

They were very professional. They had to leave the job site and go pick up a couple parts so they werent completly prepared even though it ended up being a minor problem. I was keeping the furnace and they were helpful with moving it to where i wanted it to be
