I recently hired Louis to fix some electrical issues left over after a renovation in our basement. My contractor left a plug sticking out from the wall and told me it could not be made flush with the wall. I called Louis and he came in a fixed it. I also had his adjust some pot lights and a couple electrical sockets covers that were not flush with the wall either. He was on time, pleasant to deal with and did a great job. I'll call him again for future work.

Vince and the team were professional, courteous and very tidy while installing a new furnace and ductless AC unit in 2017. We were very pleased with the installation and service we received. We have since required service, and although there was a bit of back and forth to get a tech by, Vince was communicative. Avni, the tech that came by, was professional, thorough, and a super nice guy. As he came by during the pandemic, proper safety and social distancing guidelines were followed.

My Samsung refrigerator was making noise and getting ice build-up on the inside. I called Elite Appliance Service to get it repaired. They told me how to do a quick fix to save the motor until a technician could come by - 5 days later. Atlan was our technician and he was great - professional, polite, tidy and explained everything to me thoroughly. We are very happy with the service we received. Work order number 362045
