My first experience with Urban Barn was a very positive one. After finding a great couch - which was on sale as it was the floor model, I scheduled its delivery for nearly 2 months later (which wasn't a problem with Urban Barn even though they would have to store the couch at their warehouse for the entire 2 months prior to delivery). The delivery process was a breeze as the delivery window was only 2 hours...I didn't have to wait an entire day at home or even half the day! The drivers were not only right on time, but also very courteous and carefully placed the couch in our home. I would be extremely confident purchasing furniture from this Urban Barn again...great quality at a great price with courteous service to boot...you can't beat that!

After splurging on a new mattress, the last thing I wanted was to find out that our new "comfortable" mattress wasn't as comfortable as we expected. Although we weren't supposed to be able to return our mattress according to the Sleep Country Comfort Guarantee (we purchased an as-is demo mattress), Sleep Country went out of their way to make sure that our mattress was comfortable and offered to exchange our mattress for a more comfortable one. The re-selection process was easy, hassle-free and most importantly, we finally ended up with a bed that we were able to finally get a good night's sleep on. Sleep Country exceeded my expectations; I would not only shop there again, but would also recommend to anyone looking for a new bed!! Rest assured that you will end up with an exceptionally comfortable bed!

The truck that we rented had bald (no tread) tires in the middle of winter. We barely got it in front of our house. And it got stuck backing up into our driveway. After 6hrs on the phone with the company, they didn't resolve the issue. They said it was our fault, which it wasn't. Finally, we got the truck unstuck and brought it back to the company, but never got to use the truck. And we still paid full price for it!! After filing a formal complaint, we were directed to submit another complaint. I am not happy with this company. I am fed up and very frustrated!
