We hired Romantic Fireplace to renovate our existing fireplace unit with a new mantle, we got the tile work done and they came in to reface the mantle. Overall the service was good, minor deficiencies were rectified in a timely manner. I would recommend them to others wanting to revamp the look of their fireplace without having to do a complete changeover. Mike Pilon the owner is very helpful in designing something to fit in with your existing decor.

A few years back we had our kitchen renovation done by Rona, I can only say one thing about this renovation ... NEVER again!!!!!!!!! The service and the kitchen installation over all took a year to complete! I would Never recommend Rona, the person who took the measurements screwed up they had to cut the corner cabinet to make it fit. The guy who did the installation was unprofessional would show up wearing jogging pants complained all day. We had placed the order with Kraft maid ended up with the doors from another company because the "Crap Maid" doors were defective. this was overall a very bad experience and I think they should stick to selling hardware and stay out of the kitchen renovations all together.

Although it took a long time to complete the project due to some miscommunication on behalf of the company, in the end we are satisfied with the end result. We met the representative of Lumen at the home and garden show last year and booked an appointment with him for an estimate we communicated back and forth and placed the order which was supposed to take about three weeks for two new door installations it literally took months and many follow up phone calls to the company....they finally installed the doors with a wood frame that was cracked and damaged on the front door which was unacceprtable, they then had re-order a new door frame and replace it, this company stood good on their word and at no extra cost to us they fixed the problem. I would recommend Lumen, I just hope they have a salesman that will follow up with clients and offer better customer service.

When we had trouble finding someone to renovate our fireplace mantel, they were the only company available to accommodate our needs. They were tidy and prompt (for the most part).
