Had all the windows and exterior doors and two storm doors replaced, brick to brick replacement. Not a big house, so just 7 windows, 2 exterior doors and two storm doors. The windows and doors are amazing. The installation couple were wonderful. They did a great job. I have only a couple of issues with Brock. I had issues calling to find out when our windows and doors were finally going to be installed. Placed the order in mid May and never heard from them other than having the installer visit a few days after the order was placed to measure. No updates, nothing. In early August, called and left messages for two days and finally got a call back on the third day. It doesn't take much effort to return a call in my opinion, even if it's to say I'll have to call you back when I have an answer. The storm doors never made it for the initial two day installation. Even after I had confirmed when the office did call me back to give me the installation date that there were two storm doors included in this order. I had to call to find out where they were and they were installed a little over a week later. The colour difference between the storm doors and the other metal work and doors is noticeable. I was aware there was going to be a difference, and I'm fine with it. I just think that colour matching this day and age should be something that can and should be the norm. Then comes the payment. My husband tried calling the accounting department and left two messages neither of which was returned. Just wanted to find out if we could pay the bill on-line. Finally called the sales guy Brian, who of course did return the call. Thanks Brian!. Turns out you can't pay on-line, so we drove up there today to drop off the cheque. Not a biggie, but a company this size should allow on-line payments. Again, totally satisfied with the product, the great installation couple and the sales guy, but the office staff need a lesson on returning calls.
