Valentin is very professional, provided me with various options, finished the job quickly and is very affordable. My exterior water bib would not stop leaking so he replaced the entire faucet. No more leaks!
Our dishwasher was not cleaning our dishes, particularly in the top rack. Everytime I went to unload it, the dishes had dried crusted food on them. I left messages for a few of the appliance repair companies in the area. Some NEVER even called me back. Steve called me back within a half hour and was there the next day. We paid exactly what he had quoted and gave us tips on how to get cleaner dishes and how to make better use of our dishwasher. He explained WHY it hadn't been working too, so we know how to avoid the problem in the future. It has worked perfectly since he was here, and I will definitely call him again when necessary and will recommend him to anyone who is ever looking for someone. Valentin installed a water line for our new refrigerator. He was very organized, professional and thorough. He was on time and worked quickly to get everything hooked up, and tested it a few times to make sure everything was working properly. He needed to move our oven to connect the line properly, and even though this should have been an additional cost, he did not charge us anything extra. We will definitely call Valentin/Strong Plumbing for any future plumbing needs, and will recommend him to all of our friends! Excellent service.
Brent did a great job and was very thorough. At the end of the inspection, he walked me through all of the potential issues, provided me with a thick binder outlining all aspects of the house and later sent me a bunch of jpegs for my files. Worth every penny. I highly recommend Brent to anyone who might need his services.
