I was specifically looking for a company that was WCB compliant because you never know what accidents might happen when someone has to go up a ladder or on the roof. (I checked out companies independently using the WCB website) City View picked up the phone right away and I was able to book the appointment within a couple days. I had the inside and outside of our gutters cleaned plus 2 leaks repaired. The serviceman showed up on time, was polite and did a good job. From start to finish it was a good experience all around.

We had soundproofing done in the basement ceiling using Roxul Safen'Sound insulation and a combination of 5/8" drywall and QuietRock drywall. Abe's workers were fast and efficient and cleaned up afterwards. We were especially impressed with the skill of the mudding and taping guys. Just the right amount of mud, which means minimal sanding and minimal dust. Abe himself was a really nice guy to deal with and was able to accommodate some last minute changes that we requested. Highly recommended.

We had a flea problem which Kyle treated. He was fast, efficient, courteous and helpful. We vacuumed regularly afterwards as per his instructions. It has been six months since the treatment and we have not seen any fleas.

We put in heated tile floors in the bedrooms and bathroom and updated the bathroom tile. We had some issues that made it difficult to install (floor was uneven by several cm in some places as the house had settled, lots of cracks in the cement, uneven walls not completely perpendicular to the bathtub) but they were able to work around these and give us a great looking result. Professional and highly recommended.
