We had our roof replaced with a beautiful Hygrade steel roof end of October early November 2015. We had spent a great deal of time researching options and had a pleasant experience with this company right from the start. I had a lot of questions about the actual fabrication and installation methods and given we weren't too far from their headquarters they offered us a tour of the shop where the tiles were fabricated/shaped and we were shown how the crews were being trained on installation methods. Probably far more thorough research than most would do but this was a big investment so we took the time and everyone we spoke and met with proved very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. From sales through to the installation crew on site and the follow up inspection, all dealings were professional and as promised and expected. We are very happy with the product and service and would highly recommend this company.

We first dealt with Brooms in 2006 when the replaced an AC unit in our first home. In 2007 we found ourselves in a new home that required a new furnace and new AC so we called Brooms having been very happy with them from a previous job. They were very timely in their responses and helped us sort out how to apply for some energy rebates. They did the AC, furnace, humidifier and new thermostat. We have since had them do annual servicing, had them add a heat run into an addition that previsou owners had built and left unheated, and just this past week had them in to repair/replace a furnace part that after 9 1/2 years had failed. The technician took the time to explain what was going on and gave us a heads up on what we might expect in the next year or so. We had a great chat about the furnace we had, its warranty and so on. He was very knowledgeable and I felt confident in the approach we were taking to repair ( and not replace) the furnace. He also serviced our AC to ensure it was good to go for the season and had a look at our humidification system and made some minor adjustments to it when I mentioned it wasn't really doing the job. These folks have always done good and timely work for us, deliver the work as promised and have always been spot on with quote and and actual billing ( no surprises). The technicians that have come out have always been forthright and willing to explain what it was we were paying for. Would defintely recommend to others.

Dan was recommended by a contractor we had worked with in the past. We had two jobs to be completed. The first was the installation a pony panel in our detached garage along with rewiring all electrical in there and adding a few 20 amp outlets in addition to some exterior accent lighting. The second was to install and connect all wiring related to a new hot tub installation. Dan and his apprentice did a fantastic job. Very friendly and took the time to go over everything that was to be done. Completed the work as promised and was always very responsive to any inquiries we had right from the start. Would highly recommend.

Contacted these folks after seeing their reviews here on Homestars. We have an older home (built 1925) and one of the original concrete sills had cracked and most of it had fallen off. We were pleasantly surprised by the response time on our request for quote and the timeliness of the repair. Steve was great to speak with and they did a great job. Would highly recommend !
