Everything was fine...until the end! Nathan was good as a front man. Sending the installation team to check the job and make a second measurement made a ton of sense. A day for installation was set and confirmed by Lux. The installers arrived promptly on time, worked quickly and cleaned up quite acceptably. From a distance I was pleased overall with window appearance but disappointed the windows were not cleaned to finish the job. I thought, "Okay, it will only take me 5 minutes to get the marks off the window and the job is done". NOT SO!! The window glass and frames were covered with all this grease and glue so that I put a couple of hours work into cleaning the windows and this stuff was very stubborn to remove. Winter has come and I do not think I have it all off yet. There was so much glue over the glass and frame that the issue had to be a product of the manufacture and not the installation. So, get Lux windows but just check the product before the windows are installed so that you also do not run into this "sticky" situation.

Karl, your insights and suggestions were superior to other companies' personnel. Thank you. The work crews were friendly, respectful, and conscientious in the installation and cleanup. The products are good. The first two phases went very well. The problem came with the front door installation. The fault was not Benny's or Chris's. They worked beyond the call. The problem is in sub-contracting and giving the workers a set time to do a job. Our door did not go as planned despite Benny and Chris's best efforts. They had to leave to go to two other jobs that day. The door would not close and lock. When I called Dave, he had some problem accepting that there could be a problem with the job. When Larry came out and saw the job, he looked like a trauma room doctor meeting a multi-car accident. With Larry's experience in a couple of hours the job was corrected and has been no problem since. However, the final phase has been delayed as we are reluctant to get into another of these time-limited installation jobs. Thank you again for your work and valuable input.

What could this company do to improve their services?
Reevaluate their sub-contracting policy.
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
Request a direct Supreme Windows employee such as Larry or require that the owner/supervisor of the sub-contracting outfit be present at the job site.

Hello "Tormod" although I am not familiar with your Moniker and by relation am not familiar with whome I am replying to. Regardless I would like to thank you very much for your comments. I can appreciate that although we strive for perfection everytime, it seems that for your project things were close but not quite on the 1st run. I am glad to hear that all was made right, as I have always come to expect from the Supreme Windows team. We do not have a "sub-contracting" policy however as all of our crews do work for us exclusively but perhaps there was a schedule conflict on that particular day. Any projects that have specific needs regarding timing, Supreme is always more than accomodating, so we can certainly address that for any future projects that you might be interested in. Thank you so much again.
Best Regards,
