I just want to say thanks again to the crew from GTA Sunrise Property Services who arrived on July 28th to repair our wobbly cobblestone front steps. They arrived at 9 a.m. and finished at 6:25 p.m. The steps are solid again, and the repairs were well worth the money spent. Thanks again!

I am very pleased with the work Ricardo did on the floor of my powder room. Prior to the repairs, the floor had no barrier to prevent water from passing through the floor into the basement, which is what happened when the toilet was flushed, as well as the wood around the base of the toilet was rotten causing the toilet to leak when it was flushed. Ricardo removed the old floor and baseboards, placed the protective barrier, sealed the base of the toilet, placed new tiles and baseboards. Everything is in top shape and the room is fresh and modern, just the way it is supposed to be. Awesome job!

Eight-piece Dining Set with Server
My husband and I are very happy with the purchase of our dining set and server for our dining room. The set is beautiful and fits perfectly.
