Put together and installed a great set-up/ solution to exactly fit our needs, rather than making us settle for the usual standard cookie-cutter set-up menu to pick from. Follow-up service excellent - responded really fast to a tech issue we had. Monitoring service are also great - fast, efficient response from a false alarm.
Fantastic experience from start to finish. Alex was really helpful coming up with all sorts of differently-priced options, while we were trying to work out our ever-changing budget, which always fitted the look we were hoping for. The installation team were fantastic - going above and beyond to prep our floors properly before any of the new flooring went down. (Fixing a squeaky board that has bugged me for 10 years!!) The end result looks beautiful and I'm confident it will stay that way for a good long time.
Absolutely love my new countertops! Our rep was extremely helpful with our design options. The installers were very professional and friendly, and happy to answer all my questions. Both the templater (not sure if that is his correct title, but the guy who came to measure everything!) and the installers were very good at educating me and making sure I knew how to care for my counters properly. Everything was left in perfect condition, the end result was beautiful, and I was impressed that they also made sure to add extra supports for our undermount sink, beyond all the product requirements, without even being asked to!
