Roy arrived promptly the day after we called. He quickly assessed the problems with the stove and the refrigerator. He advised us how to fix the stove on our own and provided a quote for repairing the refrigerator (with a significant seniors discount) which was more than reasonable. He made the repairs quickly and efficiently and was done in less than an hour. Highly recommended!!!

Imram responded quickly to our phone call. Our availability was very limited as we were leaving on a trip. He adjusted his schedule to come out on a Sunday morning. He assessed the situation and recommended a three visit strategy, which he explained in detail. Interior and exterior of entire house was sprayed the first visit; bait was put down on second visit. Problem has been completely solved. Cost was very competitive and overall service was outstanding!

We have used Radi twice, originally referred by a neighbour. Both times, he removed full grown trees and afterwards you couldn't tell there had been a tree there. The cost was far less than those quoted by other major services. Another neighbour saw what Radi had done and hired him on the spot for a job he needed done.

This company is fantastic! From my initial phone call when Brian explained what they would do and how they charge, to the outstanding condition of our carpets at the end of the next day, our expectations were exceeded. Very professional and thorough, I will and already have recommended them to others. Price was for four rooms plus 12 stairs, which I found to be very competitive.
