James and his team were efficient, friendly and professional. They used protective carpeting to ensure a clean entry/exit and took good care of the piano during the one hour drive between pick up and drop off points. Will also have James tune the piano and will post results.

Abraham was attentive and efficient. Willing to meet us with samples more than once and quick to get back to us when we had questions. He also provided great advice with regard to the type of carpets we should be buying given our situation (dog and kids). He accommodated our schedule and ensured our carpet was installed on time.

Pawel and his team did an excellent job with our reno. Our timeline was very tight and he delivered ahead of schedule, which to me was incredible given the scale of the project. The other thing I really appreciated was Pawel's effort to answer my questions quickly, either via text or phone. He always got back to me same day, without fail. I would definitely recommend Pawel, we are very happy with the results.
