Very professional but also down to earth. Quote was fair and they showed up on time and did the work. I felt respected. Their not fancy but their prices are reasonable and they took care with my stuff. Have used them twice and would use them again. There are a lot of bad movers around but these guys are sold.
the person told me that the pipe could not be changed and said the job could not be done from the lower floor. He said he had to take the toilet out and open a hole in the bathroom floor. I had not anticipated that and asked him to try to do it from underneath. He did it and said he could not guarantee the job was going to last and that it could leak any day...
Hi Julio, We can not control what it takes to fix the job properly. You did not give us authorization to remove your toilet to do the work properly, like we instructed you to do. You asked us to try to repair it from below, after we told you that it would not be a proper repair and that we would not guarantee it. You agreed to this with full disclosure and with your eyes wide open. We can only tell you what needs to be done to do the job right. If you do not authorize us to do the job right, we can not force you to do so.
