We had been looking at new homes, in a variety of communities, for over 12 months when one day on a whim we decided to check out the community of Crestmont. We had a sense of what we did, and did not, want and need in a new home and when we walked into the showhome we knew we had found what we were looking for as it checked all our boxes...and then some. From our initial conversation with the Area Sales Manager, through the Design Centre experience, the site visits with the Site Supervisor, and the Possession appointments, we have been extremely satisfied. Every single person we have encountered during this process has been top-notch. The weekly construction updates, and accompanying photos, kept us feeling in-the-loop throughout the process. We looked forward to receiving them each and every week to watch the progress unfold. On possession day our new home looked even better than we dreamed it would.
