I found James through Homestars. He is easily reachable by phone (answers his phone right away every time I called him!) and very clear with respect to estimates and information about his services. My piano had not been tuned since 2006, and it is a low end piano, but James had the expertise to do a thorough and efficient tuning to bring the piano to a playable state. The piano sounds so much better after Jame's tuning it is like night and day. James was also able to fix some keys that were double-striking. James gave us some helpful tips regarding home temperature and humidity to improve the environment for the piano. We were happy with Jame's friendly and professional services. Our dryer had been squeaking badly for about two years. Two of our stovetop's electric coil burners had not been working for the past year.
