I was informed on Sunday by the company that cleans my evestroughs that they had spotted a hole in my roof. I located Bros Roofing on Homestars, they had a good rating and reviews. When I visited their website there were Sunday office hours listed. I phoned thinking I would hopefully be able to make an appointment for a service call on Monday but was told that Kevin would be able to come out later that afternoon to see me. He inspected the roof and confirmed the hole and informed me me about 2 other areas where the shingles were damaged. He quoted a price and was able to complete the roof repair to all 3 spots while he was at my home. He was concerned that the shingles he had with him didn't match the colour of the roof - but I was fine with the different colour, my concern was keeping the house dry.

Toronto Clear View has been cleaning my evestroughs for a number of years. Their service is always excellent, despite my having them come very late in the season due to tree that is close to the house that doesn't want to drop any leaves until very late. After the cleaning was completed I was contacted by this firm to inform me that the team had spotted a hole in my roof. I was also sent a picture showing the damage. Due to the location of the damaged area I would not have seen it. I truly appreciate the fact that they report problems they encounter.
