I hired Andy for a home inspection. Andy is knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and punctual. He walked me thru most of his inspection explaining what he sees and pointing out what needs to be done (if necessary). He answered any question I threw at him and made me feel comfortable about my purchase.

I called Modify Air to check the air conditioning unit for a rental property. Milad and Andy came on time, checked the unit and told me the AC is actually working fine. They showed the tenant the result of their test and explained to him few points. Both Milad and Andy are easy to work with and know their job. I would use their service again and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We called Tom regarding one tree that needed trimming and another that needed to be removed as it was wedged between two houses and growing large. Tom explained what he will do, gave us a free estimate on the spot than emailed us a written one. He prepared a report and filled an application to the City. Once the permit was received, Tom and his friendly crew came and did the job in few hours. They left the place clean. Tom is knowledgeable and honest, I will not hesitate to use his services again.

We had a leak from a crack into the basement as well as from an iron rod hole. We called Aqua tech and they gave us an appointment to come and give us a free estimate for the work to be done. Nico came on time and explained what will be done. He is professional and pleasant person to talk to. A week or two later Matus and his colleague came to do the work. They worked deligently and were very professional. They finished the job in less then a day and left the place clean. I will not hesitate to use them again if the need arises.
