We contacted Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning to replace the water heater. The sales rep arrived on time, was knowledgeable, and pleasant to deal with. After reviewing different options, we've decided to go with the thankless version. Installation was quick and right on time. The crew was very professional and did an excellent job cleaning up the job site. Overall, excellent service.

Excellent job. They were competitive in pricing and went well beyond to deliver a great job. The work was done very promptly and they did an excellent job cleaning up the job site. Overall, the service was excellent. Thanks to Chris and his team.
