I contacted Ken at Gotcha Wildlife because their methods of animal prevention sounded humane and when i did a homestars search, they consistently scored impressive reviews. We renovated our third floor attic recently but squirrels still managaed to find a way into the dormer section. It sounded like they were in the walls and we wanted to deal with the situation before any real damage was done. Ken and Peter were very professional and personable and completed the job quickly. Our exterior is old so they had to deal with a very loose eaves trough. They fortified it so left it in better shape than they found it. After dealing with numerous contractors and tradesmen for our renos and finding much disappointment with that experience, it was an extreme relief to find gotcha wildlife's professionalism and integrity. My sister, bro-in-law, and work mate highly recommended Big Ben and now so do I. Everyone I dealt with were so accommodating and because i was under the weight limit, they were true to their word and gave me a discount. Our garage where the debris was stored is in a pretty narrow laneway typical of downtown but they came by to take a look and accurately assessed the situation. When I finally was ready to book for a bin, I called and left a message because it was after hours but Ben still called me back later that evening and i was able to get a bin delivered the next day! I've been through a nightmare with my renos so it was nice to have a part of it that went so smoothly.
