Easy to deal with and very reliable. Original estimate was almost spot-on. Guys showed up at the agreed upon time for measurements and for the actual installation. Clean installation and thorough clean-up job afterwards. Shower (and the whole BR, really) look fantastic. Annette is great to talk to and she is on the ball!

Great job - 2 days before the actual appointment J. called to see if we wanted to get the work done that day as he had a timeslot open up. Perfect! He arrived on time that afternoon, explained the whole process in detail, cleaned out the ducts (never been done before) and then cleaned up. He then helped me go through the collected dirt and dust in search of Mrs. Angry's lost jewelry - messy work and no luck but it was worth a shot and J. was really helpful. Would definitely recommend!
