Three services in total. It was an old mid-efficient furnace that was getting to the end of life. In short, Knight Plumbing replaced some parts, then when issues continued they transferred credit for the new parts towards a new furnace. Would recommend this company and the gentlemen who worked on my furnace. 1. Dec 10, 2016: Willi came out to repair a broken induction motor. He was very professional, explained the issue to me and advised me on solutions. Decided to install a new induction motor as the part was past the average life for an induction motor. He was quick, professional, and tidy in his work. Very satisfied. 2. Dec 20, 2016. Geoff Shank came out to repair the fan blower motor. He was very professional, explained the issue to me and advised me on solutions. The cost for a new induction and fan blower motor was beginning to add up in cost. Geoff provided me an option to give me credit for the new induction motor install on Dec 10 towards a new furnace. The cost of a new induction and fan blower motor would be 50% the cost of a new furnace. The unit was old so I decided to get a new furnace. Geoff performed the quote on the spot and I was very thankful that Knight Plumbing gave me a credit for the past installed just a week earlier. 3. Dec 29, 2016: Kevin and Andrew from the install team came exactly at their appointment time and began installation. They quoted two day install and were finished in one day. Both gentlemen were very professional and a pleasure to work with.
