George is very professional & honest, I would absolutely use him again, and would not hesitate to recommend him to friends/family. From the very beginning he provided a fair quote, excellent work ethic, and no issues whatsoever...it was a pleasure dealing with him. Thank u George, the final job is great!

From start to finish STAR does not disappoint, impressed with their estimate, then with their customer service (and helpful tips), and then finally with their install; 3000 sq.ft. house had custom wood shutters installed in just over 2 hours (for install only). The guys were polite and efficient...time will tell regarding the quality of materials & workmanship, but as for now it looks great...totally transformed my house & I'm happy.

My 3rd or 4th time using them in the last 2 years (can't remember), always efficient and friendly; this time though the guys found broken items from the move before (the guys before them on last move to storage stacked things very carelessly and caused them to break), they were the ones to point it out, basically said the guys before were dumb for the way they stacked items...heavy things on TOP of fragile things like glass and mirrors. The guys said they were going to let head office know, so I am planning to wait a few days to see if they contact me...otherwise I will call them to see how this is resolved. I'm curious because this is the 1st time I have had an issue, I'm hoping it goes well...and if course will this my 3rd time using them in 2 years, today a 10×15, 10×10, and 10×5 storage units (3 units) in Aurora going to a 3000 sq.ft house in Stouffville, 2 large trucks + 4 guys took 7 hours...these guys really worked hard, most of the stuff went either upstairs or basement...alot of stuff & alot of steps, and still smiling at the end. I think the 10% service fee gets divided amongst other employees too, not all to the workers.$1900
