We were very pleased with the duct cleaning process. The technician, Brad, was very personable and efficient and explained the process. There was absolutely no mess and he was very respectful of our house. We do have the yearly maintenance agreement for our furnace, air conditioner and plumbing, with Enercare and have been very happy with their service as anytime there was a problem with our furnace or air conditioner, everything was fixed immediately and parts, if necessary, were provided in a timely manner.

We have been dealing with Enercare for years, for our furnace and air conditioner needs. The service technicians have always been very friendly and knowledgeable and always addressed our issues. The customer service reps are also very friendly and efficient. All in all, a great and very trustworthy company. We recently had our ducts cleaned by Enercare and were very pleased with the efficiency and professionalism of the technician. He explained the process along the way and was very respectful of our house. There was nothing left to clean up after he finished.

We had our roof done by Sharp Exteriors last year and were very satisfied with the results. When we signed the contract, we were told we would probably need a few boards replaced, but they wouldn't know for sure how many would be done until they were up there and stripping off the old roof tiles. The extra boards were not in the original contract, but we knew they would be an additional expense,so we were not surprised or misled. We also put in a call to them a couple of months ago about a minor problem - and they came out the next day and fixed it. We find they really live up to the warranty they extended in the contract. All in all, we'd definitely recommend this company. The salesman was extremely professional and the roofers did a very efficient and neat job and cleaned up after. Our neighbours also had their roof done around the same time and were equally pleased with their new roof.

Direct Energy came out to do a yearly maintenance check of our furnace. I was able to ask the technician all of my questions and discuss any concerns and she happily answered everything to my satisfaction. She also didn't discourage me from watching, and gave me some helpful hints on how often to change the filters, etc. She was very patient.
