We've purchased 8 homes over the years, and had home inspections done each time. This is our first foray into an investment property, and we called Hallway Home Inspections based on their rating on HomeStars. Tristan Hall provided the most thorough and meaningful home inspection that we've ever had. He took his time, listened to our concerns, and left us with a true understanding of the potential risks associated with the property. In the end, based on Tristan's report, we chose to keep looking for our ideal investment. We will absolutely call on Tristan and Hallway Home Inspections for our next home inspection requirements. Switched to The Monitoring Center after 20+ years with ADT. Excellent service from initial phone call to reprogramming of alarm. System switch-over was seamless and well explained. I highly recommend TMC for monitoring services. Plus, saving nearly $20.00 per month on monitoring costs makes me a very happy customer!
