Dimitar came on time to fix a door handle that was not working (handle stopped turning). Fixed in quickly, wearing full PPE given COVID, and did it in a manner that allowed me to return the new handle I bought and he just replaced the inside piece. Would highly recommend!

Had an emergency situation where are washing machine clogged up, flooded the sink and our downstairs bathroom. Tom came over, looked at the situation. Went to get parts, cam back and all fixed
