We had an issue with the foundation of an addition to our home settling over time. This caused us a lot of stress and the process of getting quotes and finding the right person to fix it was just as stressful. We feel so lucky that we found Jakub and Inside Guys Underpinning and that we picked them to do the work. Jakub is extremely customer service oriented and explained the process in advance, stuck to the timeline and made sure throughout that we were happy with the process and results. His team kept the work site extremely clean and was very careful to minimize any damage or disruption to the surrounding area. Both Jakub and his team were very polite and had great communication. Quite frankly Inside Guys made this very easy with us in terms of coordinating inspections, other contractors, etc to the point that we really didnt need to do a lot to facilitate. I would not hesitate in any way to recommend Jakub and Inside Guys for any other work. Honestly I wish that more tradespeople were like him.
