Inside Guys' expertise in underpinning was crucial for my laneway garage project.
They efficiently handled the foundation work, from excavating the old pad to pouring the new one and filling the cinderblock walls and then the final concrete parking pad.

The project spanned 5 months, and Jakub was incredibly responsive, always available to coordinate with other trades. Whether it was cleaning up for the next day's work or helping with disposal from any of the trades, they ensured the project ran smoothly.

This company was lovely to work with. The team lead, Jakub, was kindhearted and always used manners and etiquette. His style of interaction translated to his entire team as well. Which was so refreshing! They even showed "class" when dealing with a confrontational grumpy neighbor directly next door to us.

The work included: consulting, designing, structural engineering, plumbing, electrical, city permits, drawings, materials, lots of digging, lots of dumpsters, porta potty and always cleaning up after mess. It was timed well and as expected between 6-8 weeks work from Feb 12 point of basement drill to April 12. Expect 4 weeks of paper work prep before the first dig. All in all, good timing. Our family resided in the home the whole time with no complaints. Now, if you work from home, you may want to set up office on second floor and if you don't have this access, go to your local Toronto Public Library for the work day! We are a busy working family so weekdays was absolutely fine for the guys to work away. They had the freedom to work, blast music and have the job done!

I recently had Inside Guys Underpinning dig and underpin my entire basement. From the moment they began to the finish the service and quality was without question the best I have ever seen! Not only was it on time and on budget, the work site was always tidy and at the end of each day the interior and exterior was swept and the sidewalks hosed down. Every neighbour commented on how clean and professional Inside Guys Underpinning managed the work site. All of Jakubs staff from Architects, plumbers, HVAC are exceptional!! I was able to remain in my home throughout the entire process which was critical for me.
I will forever recommend and insist on all of my clients use this company. Thank you Jakub for all of your hard work!!!

Inside Guys was extremely professional throughout the process of our basement lowering. We wanted to do parts of the project ourselves to save costs which they were very supportive and helpful of, explaining how the process worked, reviewing work completed, and discussing next steps. They provided contacts for subs when needed, and completed their own scope expertly (the most important portion of the project - precise measurements, concrete forming, doweling, granular base and pouring). His crew was very polite, efficient, and clean. The front area of our house between the house and the sidewalk was left cleaner than before they started. Overall they were very hard working and pleasant to work with.

We had a great experience working with Jakub and the inside guys. Our basement floor was very uneven and thin. They removed the old floor, installed a sump pump, weeping tile, gravel, vapor barrier, and poured a new concrete slab.

I really appreciated Jakubs confidence and knowledge with this project, how on schedule everything went, and how clean he kept the workspace and surrounding areas (my neighbors appreciated that as well!).

The job required a removal of an existing, floor and replacing with a new concrete slab floor. Inside guys were reconnected to me by a GC and they were excellent. The floor was complete on time and is perfect. So much so that other trades who have been through the house have commented on how good it looks. We have referred the team to our neighbours for work on their own house. Excellent company, great communication and very professional.

We got 3 quotes and they were the lowest yet demonstrated that they understood the assignment (with no attempt to up-sell). They did an excellent job protecting surfaces and putting everything back exactly. Workers were fast, efficient, and SO CLEAN. The jobsite so clean I had to look in the bin to see if they worked! Of course they did, every day. I could hear them work--they laughed and joked and sang! A few hiccups came up with our old house, but the company didn't charge us any extra to fix those. This company exceeded my expectations in every regard and set a new bar for customer service. 100% recommend!!!
