We cannot say enough about our experience with Trico Homes. We were faced with a very quick possession time (just over a week!) after our house sold in Calgary. Kelsey and Taylor worked with us to get into our new home when we needed to and were more than accommodating with any questions that came up. Drew and the rest of the contractors had the house ready to go for moving day. We are so happy in our new home! We would definitely recommend Trico as a new home builder.

Tim came to restretch the carpet on our stairs and upper floor. He was very professional, punctual, friendly, and completed the work efficiently. Our carpet looks fantastic again! Definitely recommend!
