Dispatch lady was genuinely kind and helpful in our emergency situation. Our shut off valve was leaking quite a bit filling a bucket in a half hour. It was later on a Saturday afternoon when this happened and Anatoli was able to come and replace it in the evening. Efficient service, and had all required equipment needed (other companies I called did not). Would recommend this company

I'd just like to thank Randy from Ontario Duct Cleaning for taking the extra time needed to ensure that our ducts and vents were cleaned properly. He was very percise in his work which was extremely important to us with a child with asthma and allergies. His dedication to his work was extremely appreciated.
