When another company left us. ..they came to our rescue...very nice guys. ...pleasure to deal with. .and they will work with you to make it right. I recommend them highly. .ask for Ian...

I am going to use this product for a couple of years but I'm going to trash it
The owner has zero customer service skills...I am being told that after the install which was not what we expected at all...that we should have seen it In the drawings...well I should have known not too go with this company because of the low tech drawings...all other companies have coloured computer drawings..but what swayed me their way was I visited their showroom and the product looked good...anyway. ..live and learn. ..I don't recommend these guys. .and they decided also to take my out of town job...and I'm told that I'll get the one and only service call to fix things. .I thought there was supposed to bee some kind of warranty .Wow...what a stink attitude .......and work was supposed to done this Thursday 31st March.....just got a call on the Wednesday from Barb the owner saying that they will not be completing the job because of my comments on homestars..nice company..Right!!! I just had another company look at the work and they were amazed how the joints were done so badly. ..the draws don't clear the doors. ..all the draws are not aligned....fill was put in. .when we specifically said that we have to maximize the space....this other company who is going to attempt to allow us some function is ******** ****** great guys..use them I STRONGLY suggest it. ..
This is very unexpected, as we were under the impression we were still working with this client towards a solution. They do not mention that we have made multiple repeat visits and made every alteration even though the approved drawings very clearly showed every detail. We even performed a complete reversal of the layout in one space, involving a complete dismantle and re-installation. Again, they’d approved a drawing, demanded the change with no acknowledgement of responsibility and yet are rating us a 0 out of ten. My most recent visit (I'm the owner) was a Sunday morning at 10 am; I agreed to further changes which, frankly after this review I am not inclined to make.

We just had our entire house renovated. Dust everywhere. ..a daunting task...I was overwhelmed. ..but when the Gleam team was done it was spotless...the attention to detail is insanely great....not only do they clean. .they organize..... I liked the fact is that when they first arrive they do a walk through so that all your concerns can me noted. ..you do a walk through again to make sure you are satisfied, and before you pay a penny...this kind of customer service is just unheard of today. ..you can pay by several methods. ... I love these guys they are the most amazing cleaning company I've ever dealt with. ..and I don't ever want to deal with anyone else. ....Thank guys
