Theo and Victor were fast reliable and friendly. There was a bit of miscommunication about the cost at first but in the end price was still reasonable. I was nervous as a first time customer, but the team was responsive and professional all the way. Thanks for saving me a weekend of work!

Ray came within a day to provide options and quotes. He's very informative and patient. He booked us the first available (warm enough) day and kept us up to date with orders and expectations. Ray worked 2 days straight to get everything done and took his time to explain and set up all our devices. Great job. Thanks Ray

Andrew is one of the most stress free trades people we've ever had to deal with. He worked within our budget, and was always giving up progress updates. We weren't overly thrilled with the subcontractor who installed the actual door system who was a bit rude and inconsiderate, but Andrew was there to make sure everything went smoothly on the day of and ensured we were completely satisfied. We have NO qualms recommending him to any of our friends or family. We've gotten so many compliments on our new doors. Fantastic job! Thanks Andrew!

As far as Gus(the contractor, who was helping me with door system that day). I'm very surprised with Your comment about him. He may not be the most cheerful person and doesn't smile a lot, but I have never ever had any complaints from clients.
I was at the job for almost the whole time and do not remember any negative attitude coming from him. Could it be just a misunderstanding?
Anyways I will be coming this week to help You with the lock installation & would like to hear everything about it firsthand. As the company owner I do feel personally responsible for all the trades working for me & would do anything possible to keep my clients happy.

Kiya was great. We had a few small things that needed to be taken care of, that other electricians wanted to charge us an arm and a leg for, or wouldn't bother at all since we were in Markham. Kiya was extremely efficient while he was here. We discovered the next day that one of the sockets was still not working, so we had to call him back. He's a very busy guy - so it took a few tries to get him, but he was totally nice about it. I'll for sure hire him again for bigger jobs. THANKS KIYA!

This guy is terrific. We had him come in to move the laundry room from the basement to the mudroom - that had no plumbing/electrical roughed in. He also installed our central vac and repaired our kitchen faucet for us. Rob was honest, on-time, clean, quiet, fast, and efficient. He even finished the project earlier than anticipated. What more can you ask for in a contractor? We're hoping to invite him back to finish our basement one day soon. THANKS VERY MUCH, ROB!

Their prices are fantastic and it's the same furniture you can purchase at higher end places like Upcountry, Sears & King St stores etc, but be warned about their delivery times and attitude after you purchase it. We're disappointed with their service everytime, but keep going back because their prices are the best around. We're still waiting for the couch we ordered 5 months ago (should only be 4 months).
