Needed to disconnect steam shower to send back to manufacturer for repair. Technicians were very careful to follow each step - even called the company to clarify specifics or our model. Since we have had hard water causing plumbing issues in the past Raphie discussed this and offered some interesting solutions - provided us with links to educate ourselves and make our decisions.

Efficient, reliable, prompt and informative communication, this company is great! Repaired a renovation gone terribly wrong with shower leaking into my kitchen! Removed all plumbing and reinstalled shower and steam unit - this was 2 years ago and has been perfect! Recently repaired toilet and had to reinstall (still from awful Reno) - all good!

Steve Brannan has done every repair on our appliances for decades. I have also recommended him to many others - and everyone is totally satisfied. He is so trustworthy that he has come into my house when no one is home and I've told him where to find a key! Most importantly - Steve will never recommend repairs unless he feels that the cost is worthwhile. Even when I have wanted him to repair some appliances, which would have been to his financial advantage - he has convinced me to just forget it and replace the appliance. Last repair was to my dryer - old machine but according to Steve, still has many good years left!
