My senior citizen parents had him come by the house and quote. Said we would get other prices. Said they owed $90 for quote which wasn't said before he came or when he arrived. Said he would take $90 off the price if we went with him. They used someone else and actually paid this guy $90. He reported them to Enbridge saying their lines weren't to code and didn't tell us he was doing this. Enbridge showed up to turn of their gas and says they get this all the time. He's a terrible person.

Hi there, I have spoken to your parents numerous times and I have tried to resolve this. There were a few misunderstandings even though I was quite clear about what needed to happen.
First of all, I quoted your elderly father over the phone and gave him a fixed price to install his new stove. Your father agreed and was quite happy that I was able to give him a price. I bought the supplies the day before and arrived on time with all of the necessary materials. Once I arrived I found that his gas piping system was unsafe and violated gas code. Since it was against code it could not safely be added to. He had far too many appliances running off of a small gas line and this line needed to be replaced with a larger pipe. I quoted him on the job and he was understandably unhappy that his stove wouldn't be installed and that he had to spend more than he had thought. I explained that I had set aside time and had already purchased the materials to do the job he had hired me for so I charged him my service call of $80. I also explained that this would come off the price of the replacement of his other gas lines. I told him that if he did not make the gas lines safe, I would have to report it. I did not hear back from your father after leaving and I was forced to report it to Enbridge.
I understand that your parents are unhappy with this but the gas system he had was unsafe and I am responsible for the entire system once I set foot in any home. I have since spoken to your father and he has had the repair done by someone else and their price was almost exactly the same as the one I quoted.
I would appreciate if you take this misleading review down or at least adjust your comments to reflect the actual happenings even though it's hard to do so since you were not present for any of this.

When our sectional was delivered, the wood stair was badly damaged and we had many scuffs on our walls and ceilings. We've emailed, called and visited the Whitby store where we bought it since April 2014. The issue is still not resolved and we had to pay to fix everything ourselves. Worst experience from any company we've ever used!
