The service technician arrived on schedule, was very informative, efficient and trustworthy. He told me everything that he cleaned, aside from it being on the bill and provided his opinion on the condition of the units based on his experience, which is always appreciated. We have a service contract for the furnace and A/C, the cost was for a new furnace filter. We continue to be pleased with Francis Home Environment.

We woke up in the morning and realized we had no hot water. I called Reliance shortly after 7 and spoke to a very helpful person that booked the service call for 10 A.M. to 2 P.M. that day. The service Tech, (Rob), called before hand as promised and arrived just before 11 A.M. He diagnosed the problem in literally 15 seconds, went out to his truck for the part and had the issue resolved in about 15 minutes. We were had hot water again in about an hour, just like he said. Excellent customer service!
